You agree that in the event the damages of a violation of these Terms and Conditions are difficult to determine, the Hunter shall be entitled to $15,000 as liquidated damages for each violation of these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the right to block your access to the Website and to seek injunction relief.

In the event Hunter the House Hunter removes the allegedly infringing materials, Hunter the House Hunter will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that Hunter the House Hunter removed or disabled access to the materials. Hunter the House Hunter may also provide the responsible person with your e-mail address so that the person may respond to your allegations.

Hunter the House Hunter reserves the right to terminate, limit or suspend any user’s access to the Site in the event of repeated infringing activity.
