The Sudbury single family market is solid but a little weak in new listings. We have a 33 home month and there is finally a little activity below $800k. The bulk of the market from $800k up to $2.5m is selling very well but it is taking longer than in the outgoing spring market. Above $2.5m you get private estate settings for half the cost of those of our Eastern cousins in Weston.
By the way, so far there are no tariffs on houses for sale in Sudbury.
