The Sudbury market can be divided into three segments if you’re using street names to define your search. They are: big, medium and small.
Road, Lane and Drive make up 85% of the market so they’re a really safe bet when you are buying.
Avenue, Street and Circle make up the next 11%. They tend to be in the higher price points and are a pretty safe bet when you are buying.
Way, Path and Row bring up the rear with the remaining 4%. They tend to be in the exclusive price points and are a safe bet when you are buying.
