Your street name is something you have to say, spell, and tell people countless times. Did you know that it also can be part of why someone might buy your house.
What’s in a name?
Here’s a simple chart of homes sold recently in sudbury organized by how many sold with what street name.
So what’s it mean?
The Sudbury market can be divided into three segments if you’re using street names to define your search. They are: big, medium and small.
Road, Lane and Drive make up 85% of the market so they’re a really safe bet when you are buying.
Avenue, Street and Circle make up the next 11%. They tend to be in the higher price points and are a pretty safe bet when you are buying.
Way, Path and Row bring up the rear with the remaining 4%. They tend to be in the exclusive price points and are a safe bet when you are buying.
